Wellbeinn Mate

Wellbeinn Mate is the official app for the Wellbeinn V8 band. Designed for people who want to understand how they rest, how they recover, and what feels good for them—without cryptic graphs and without a monthly subscription.

We turn what your band measures 24/7 into clear, actionable information: how much and how well you slept, whether your body is recovered for a hard workout, how your energy levels are this week, and where you can improve.

WHAT YOU'LL SEE

• Recovery. A daily score that combines your heart rate variability (HRV/RMSSD), resting heart rate, and sleep quality. The metric that tells you whether today is a day to push yourself or ease off.

• Sleep Stage by Stage. A hypnogram with light, deep, REM, and awake periods. Efficiency, duration, and a Sleep Regularity Index (SRI) to understand if your schedule is working in your favor.

• Energy—seven indicators. Nighttime RMSSD, resting heart rate, sleep duration, efficiency, SpO₂, steps, and sleep regularity. An honest look at your physiological fitness.

• Weekly activity. Steps, intensity, and daily workload—the natural complement to recovery.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create your account and complete a basic profile (age, biological sex, weight, height).

2. Pair your Wellbeinn V8 band via Bluetooth in less than a minute.

3. Wear it day and night. The app syncs in the background: your recovery score is ready in the morning.
