How It Works

WellPulse uses photoplethysmography (PPG) via your smartphone camera and flash to measure blood flow changes. Based on those signals, the app estimates pulse, HRV (using RMSSD and SDNN), and stress (using Baevsky’s Index). Manual logs are supported for blood pressure, glucose, and oxygen levels.
