With MeditationTribe you make your life more fun, lighter and nicer. In this Dutch-spoken app you will find meditations that help you achieve less stress, more focus, less loneliness, more peace and less conflict.

Thanks to the wonderful meditations, you will immediately experience calm breathing, better sleep, deep insights and more inner peace.

For example, every day you can choose to join our joint meditations. These are at fixed times of the day, so that we actually meditate throughout the Netherlands and Flanders at the same time. The fun practical chat before and after the meditations helps you get to know other participants, if you want.

This way we really do it together and you will feel how this helps against loneliness and frustration.

In addition, you of course have access to the extensive and growing library of meditations (which last between 8 and 40 minutes each), which you can do any time of the day for peace, overview, forgiveness or energy. You can create your own meditation track progress if you want and you will become a member of our special MeditationTribe Community, together with other inspiring and conscious people.
