FGC

The Credit Guarantee Fund - FGC is a private entity that acts as a protection mechanism for depositors and investors of financial institutions.

When a bank or financial institution associated with the FGC is submitted to the intervention or liquidation process by the Central Bank of Brazil, depositors and investors are entitled to the guarantee provided, up to the limits of the regulation.

The FGC Application allows the payment of the guarantee to be carried out online and safely, considering:

• Collection of information with identity validation, through confirmation by SMS and e-mail;

• Validation of documents and information to make information available only to the registered user, preserving data confidentiality;

• Completion of the guarantee payment request 100% online, so you don't have to go with a copy of the documents at a bank branch;

• Monitoring of all stages of the process by the application, until the guarantee payment is made.
