● Access Permission Guide

We would like to inform you about the access permissions for WooriWON Banking as follows.

For optional access permissions, you can still use the app even if you do not agree to allow them, but the use of some services may be restricted.

[Essential Access Permissions]

- Phone: Used to collect mobile phone numbers for identity verification purposes, such as membership registration, WooriWON Certificate issuance, and Digital OTP issuance.

WooriWON Banking [Optional Access Permissions]

- Camera: Access permission for the camera function, used for ID card capture, facial recognition, convenience services (scan payment for utility bills, QR code recognition, transfer via photo, document submission), and video consultations.

- Microphone: Access permission for audio recording, used for voice recognition during video consultations.

- Location: Access permission for device location information, used when using the service to find nearby branches and ATMs.

- Contacts: Access permission for contacts on the device, used when selecting a recipient for transfers via contacts or for services such as split payments.

- Calendar: Access permission for the calendar installed on the mobile phone, used to export My Planner schedules to the mobile calendar.

- Notifications: Access permission for PUSH notifications, used to receive alerts regarding deposit/withdrawal history, event information, maturity notices, and various financial benefits.

- Photos and Videos: Used to set up the profile for the Group Account service.

● User Guide

- You must use a device running Android 8.1 or higher to use WooriWON Banking. - The service cannot be used on devices with modified operating systems, such as rooted devices.

- Data charges may apply if the data allowance is exceeded on 3G/LTE/5G flat-rate plans.

- Woori Bank does not request your personal information or your full security card number.

● Important Notes on Using Authentication Methods

- Patterns and biometric authentication for financial certificates are difficult to use in the new WooriWON Banking app. Please log in using the automatically linked PIN.

- Financial members can no longer log in using a simple password. Please log in using another authentication method.
