What's new in MyAXA?

This version includes the following new features:

- New loyalty program. Are you familiar with the + For You Club?

- New, accessible login design for MyAXA. Includes improvements to facilitate biometric login.

- New SOS button, designed for emergencies when you need immediate help from AXA.

- New My Requests section, where you can track your policy requests from the last twelve months.

Your MyAXA app is available in your language: Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque, English, and German.

We know that sometimes you need information about your insurance. That's why we have a dedicated section just for your policies, where you can find more information about your car, home, health, life, and savings insurance. You can download relevant documentation. No matter how many policies you have, or if you only have one, you can see all your relevant information. Here you can also find the services associated with your policy, just in case.

- If you have car, motorcycle, or home insurance policies, you can file and check the status of your claims online. You can also access any personalized policy documentation you may need.

- AXA Quality Workshops: with the best services to repair your car or motorcycle near you, wherever you need it.

- Emergency assistance services: we stay connected with you, even when you're not. Now, even more digital.

- Health insurance policyholders can request authorizations for medical tests, consult the medical and dental directory, request and check your reimbursements, and use their health card from the app. All these services are also included for your minor children listed on the policy. We've updated our telemedicine services; now you can schedule a video consultation, use a medical chat, and utilize our symptom evaluator, Oskar. Your health in your hands.

- For life and savings policyholders, you can now view your financial situation and keep track of your investments in a more visual way.

- If you have 4 or more policies with AXA, you'll see the new way to access all your policies from the folder view. You can also view or filter your policies to see them at a glance.

- Choose your favorite services or features on the home screen for direct access. To see them all, you'll find them in the new Services section. You can also choose your preferred view mode.

- New features in telemedicine services: digital medical appointments, video consultations, phone calls, and medical chat. Now you can find them more easily.

- New service to request roadside assistance and towing directly from the app.

But because we know that sometimes the best thing is to talk to someone close to you… contact your AXA broker as often as you like and however you prefer: phone, email… Get all your questions answered, ask any queries, or schedule an appointment through your MyAXA app, without leaving your couch or office.

- In the Contact section, you can manage any aspect of your policy with your broker or AXA quickly and easily.
