■ Notes on Subscription Purchases

• All subscriptions are billed monthly (with the exception of some subscriptions).

• If you are subscribed, your subscription will continue even if you cancel your membership, so please be sure to confirm whether to cancel.

• Cancellations can be made within 7 days of the payment date, without any viewing history.

• Partial refunds excluding viewing history are not possible.

• You can cancel your subscription (subscription cancellation) in advance before the payment date.

• Identity verification is required for cancellations or terminations through customer service.

• Subscriptions received through discounts, coupons, events, or promotions are non-refundable.
