• Getting Fitter

A 0–100 efficiency score tracks how much pace or power you get for a given heart rate, and whether it's trending up. Your aerobic engine's progress, in one number.

• Overdoing It

A load check that watches for a sudden jump in your long-run volume and how hard your recent sessions have been — with a cross-sport view so a heavy bike block doesn't hide behind a quiet running week. Green means fine, amber is a nudge, red means back off.
