How it works

1. Choose the apps you want to lock (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, games and any app you like).

2. When you try to open a locked app, the next verse appears.

3. Read the Arabic verse and its English translation, then tap "I've read it."

4. The app opens and the verse you read is added to your Khatm progress.

Verses continue in order, so your Khatm builds up on its own, day by day.

For Amin Lock's locking feature to work, it needs a few special permissions. These permissions are only for the locking feature and are never used to collect your personal data:

- Usage Access: Used to detect which app is being opened, so the verse screen can appear at the right moment. This information is processed only on your device and is never sent anywhere.

- Draw over other apps: Used to display the verse screen on top of the app you are trying to open.

Amin Lock does not collect, share or sell your personal data. Your locked app list and your Khatm progress are stored only on your own device.

Accessibility Service: Amin Kilit uses this service to show a verse screen when selected apps are opened. It only detects the foreground app; it does not read screen content, collect or share data.
