Serving farmers in the Mekong Delta region, providing information on water resources of rivers, salinity, and salinity intrusion at river measuring stations according to data sources from the Southern Institute of Water Resources Research.

The application provides the following functions: Look up salinity data on rivers in the Mekong Delta; look up salinity data by week, month, year and compare with the smallest and largest average values; Map lookup function, overlaying salinity intrusion data and thematic data; look up documents at all levels on water resources management.
