eUrząd Skarbowy – the official app of the Ministry of Finance – enables you to handle official matters securely, quickly, and conveniently online. Need a certificate, file a tax return, grant a power of attorney, check your tax returns, or pay taxes or fines? Nothing could be simpler! Our app will help you handle these and many other matters, whenever you need it. Manage your documents, update your details, consent to e-Correspondence, and send and receive documents electronically.

Download, install, and activate the eUrząd Skarbowy app on your smartphone to take full advantage of its features. Once activated, you can log in quickly and securely using your PIN or biometrics (fingerprint/facial recognition).

With the app, you can:

• Verify tax balances and settlement details on an ongoing basis;

• View and download previously filed tax returns (PIT, CIT, PCC, SD, VAT);

• File your annual personal income tax return (via Your e-PIT service);

• Gain access to your personal data and business activity data;

• Check your tax micro-account information;

• Submit and receive documents electronically without leaving home;

• Prepare and send documents to the selected office using an intuitive wizard (e.g., applications for certificates, active complaints, notifications, powers of attorney, or general letters);

• Submit e-Declarations (PIT, CIT, VAT, PCC, SD, and others) and registration forms (ZAP-3, NIP-2, NIP-7, NIP-8);

• Submit documents and declarations on behalf of principals and view lists of active powers of attorney and authorizations;

• Obtain information about criminal and fiscal fines and pay them directly in the app;

• Make quick online payments (BLIK, Paybynet, payment cards) and view payment history;

• Obtain information about PIT, CIT, and VAT tax refunds;

• View lists of your notarial deeds;

• Generate a Taxpayer Report – comprehensive information on your tax situation – for entrepreneurs;

• Obtain information about seizures of overpayments and tax refunds;

• Act on behalf of the organization as a user of the organization's account (UKO).
