Mimoo

Mimo is the first loyalty program in Brazil, with the purpose to bring joy to the day to day of people. Free for the consumer, the program works as a game with missions that rewards the participants with points to exchange for free products in one of our physical stores around the city of São Paulo!

The products found in our stores vary between food, beverage, hygiene items, beauty, and house cleaning from the best brands in the market.

Each new product in our loyalty program works as an experimentation marketing campaign and it lasts until the stock is done. It is important to point out that all the products are 100% free and to be able to get them is the real challenge of the game!

How does it work?

In our app there is a page of “Mission Games”, there you have to complete the missions that are questionaries, researches, videos, etc. that are related to your consumption habits, which products do you like, and how you are as a person. We also have missions created by the brands that sponsor the program. At each step of the game you win points and later you can exchange for free products in one of our stores in São Paulo.

The higher your level, the more benefits you have in the program, such as the time to reserve your product in the app before any other level and the time to get it in the store before it expires.

* Profile missions: Answer questions about the way you consume.

* Home product missions: Map the products you use in your home.

* Video Quiz Mission: Watch the videos of our sponsors.

* Mission Be an Influencer: Share your opinion of a product you tried at Mimoo with your followers

* Mission Buy and prove: Buy products or buy in stores chosen by our sponsors to win points.

* Research Mission: Answer the surveys made by our sponsors.

The products are chosen on the app, and to get them is necessary to go to one of our physical stores around the City of São Paulo that are located in different malls.
