Commutative Live Trains

Commutative tells you which platform your train will depart from, before other apps and hours before it appears on the station boards. This means you can be the first to board the train and have your choice of seats.

Unlike some other Real-time train apps, Commutative will never have ads or collect or share any of your data. This app respects your privacy, full stop.

Commutative pulls data directly from the signalling system, while other train apps just search National Rail Enquiries. This means Commutative knows your platform earlier than any other app.

No platform yet? Don't want to look up at the boards? Just tap 'Track This Train' and go do something else. We'll add the train to your Dynamic Island so you can do something more productive while we keep an eye on the train for you. At the latest, this will be a few seconds BEFORE it appears on the departure boards in the station, but we usually know hours in advance.

Is your train delayed? You can see exactly where your train is en-route, see where it's been, and when it's due. This includes the points in-between passenger stations that aren't reported in other train apps. Starting your journey from a terminal station like Paddington, Euston, etc? You can also track your train as it makes its inbound journey on its previous leg.

Do you commute? Add your commute as a Widget and always see the next 5 trains at a glance. The Widget can be set to reverse at midday too, to show your journey back home.
