What is trackle?

trackle is a sensor system for determining your cycle. It measures your basal body temperature overnight and transmits the recorded data easily and reliably to the free app on your smartphone as soon as the sensor is placed in its box.

What can I use trackle for?

With trackle, you can find out precisely and reliably on which days of your cycle you are fertile – and on which days you are not. By continuously measuring your core body temperature at night, trackle is particularly accurate and reduces sources of error in the classic temperature method – there is no need to take measurements at the same time every morning. This allows you to determine your ovulation reliably and accurately.

Who is trackle suitable for?

trackle is perfect for women with irregular sleep and lifestyle patterns, small children or difficulties with the traditional temperature measurement method, who still want to use the proven symptothermal method because it is hormone-free, safe and well researched.

How does trackle work?

The trackle sensor is worn vaginally at night like a tampon and records your core body temperature. After getting up, you remove it, clean it and place it in its box, where it transfers its data. You also enter additional observations and your cervical mucus consistency in the app. The app then tells you the result: today is a fertile or infertile day.
