4) Workout tracking & summaries (smartwatch required): With over 100 workout modes—whether hiking, swimming, or running—your watch records your workouts and provides summaries in the app.

5) Phone–watch integration (smartwatch required): Check app alerts, text messages, and call notifications right from your watch for a more convenient experience.

6) Manual tracking: Log information manually (e.g., period tracking).
