Cope Ribadesella

COPE Ribadesella is a regional radio station belonging to the Spanish Popular Wave Chain (COPE) that operates in the East of Asturias - Picos de Europa Region - since December 1, 1990 through 98.3 FM. Its scope of information coverage covers the municipalities of Amieva, Cabrales, Cangas de Onís, Caravia, Colunga, Llanes, Onis, Parres, Peñamellera Alta, Peñamellera Baja, Piloña, Ponga, Ribadedeva and Ribadesella.

The bulk of our programming is concentrated between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m., from Monday to Friday, between Herrera on COPE and Mediodía COPE, national programs belonging to the network. It consists of a radio show presented and directed by Tino Pérez, peppered with interviews, news and reports on the daily news of the region told face to face and in a close way. In it we pay special attention to canoeing, the king of sports in the Sella River basin thanks to the famous International Descent that takes place every August between Arriondas and Ribadesella. Salmon fishing, riverside culture and the seafaring life of a fishing port like Riosellano are other informative references of our station.

All the news that is part of our programming has its journalistic development on our website comperibadesella.com, where you can also listen to our radio on demand through a podcast system. Both have projection and promotion through the main social networks: Facebook, Twitter and Google+, multiplying the audience that we receive daily through our frequency or our online broadcast.
