CaloMama Plus is an AI health app that lets you manage your health and diet in a fun way with your personal AI coach, CaloMama.

Once you set your goals, CaloMama will gently guide you, giving you advice on daily meals, exercise, and sleep.

"I can stick with it because I'm with CaloMama!" That's the kind of health app it is.

01 Setting Goals

■ Course Selection

You can choose from four courses: "Diet," "Health Maintenance," "Low-Carb," and "Metabolic Syndrome Improvement." You will receive advice and suggestions tailored to the course you choose.

02 Recording

■ Life Log Recording

You can easily record daily life log data such as meals, exercise, sleep, and mood.

Just take a picture of your meal, and it will calculate calories and nutrients!

Our unique AI image recognition function makes nutrition management easy.

The app also has approximately 150,000 menus registered, including common home-cooked meals, store-bought items, and restaurant menus, so you can select from them to calculate and record calories.

It integrates with your smartphone's built-in pedometer app and Google Health (formerly Fitbit), etc.

Simply carry your smartphone and walk to automatically record your steps! It also calculates more accurate calories burned from your steps.

▪ Exercise

You can record your exercise and calculate calories by selecting from the exercise menus pre-registered in the app.

Before going to bed, a "Health Score" is announced, evaluating "How healthily you spent the day."

A weekly average Health Score of 60 points or higher demonstrates proven health benefits. By implementing the advice with the Health Score as your goal, you can review and improve your lifestyle habits.

■ Suggestions

Meal and exercise menus tailored to your nutritional balance, exercise level, and calorie intake/exhaustion are suggested.

If you have selected a health supporter, you will also receive meal suggestions from them.

Meal menus considering your nutritional balance are suggested.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are all suggested for each meal.

▪ Recommended Ingredients & Recipe Suggestions

Every day at 11 AM, you'll receive suggestions for ingredients tailored to your nutritional balance.

Recipes are also included, making shopping and meal planning easier.

▪ Exercise Menu Suggestions

Once a day in the evening, you'll receive suggestions for exercise menus tailored to your needs.

The menus are designed to be easy to follow, based on your physical condition and exercise level.
