# My Story

While pursuing my master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, I went through periods where I struggled to stay motivated. Especially during the journey in which I lost nearly **40 kg (88 lbs)**, there were many times when I wanted to give up. However, the conversations I had during those difficult moments helped me refocus on my goals and keep moving forward.

That experience taught me an important lesson: **tracking your progress alone isn't enough to build lasting habits. Sometimes, you need someone to support and guide you exactly when you need it most.**
