mZUS dla Płatnika

The mZUS for Płatnik mobile app provides quick access to key information and services related to ZUS contribution payer settlements. You can conveniently check your balance, receive messages from ZUS, manage documents, and submit applications – all from your mobile device.

Who is the app for?

The mZUS for Płatnik app is designed for all contribution payers with an active account on the eZUS portal. It can be used by both entrepreneurs and individuals managing contribution settlements on behalf of companies, institutions, or multiple payers simultaneously.

The app is suitable for users who need:

• quick access to balances and settlement information,

• convenient receipt of ZUS messages and correspondence,

• access to e-ZLA issued for insured individuals,

• the ability to submit applications and documents to ZUS from a mobile device,

• easy switching between profiles of different payers.

What you can do in the app

With the mZUS for Płatnik app, you can:

Manage settlements:

• Check the payer's balance from individual funds and declaration number ranges,

• View declarations and payments to the payer's individual accounts.

Control communication with ZUS:

• Read notifications, correspondence, and announcements from ZUS.

View e-ZLA:

• Check information on medical certificates for individuals registered for insurance,

• View the e-ZLA list from the current day, current month, or the previous month,

• Search e-ZLA exemptions by selected criteria.

Submit applications and documents:

• Submit RD-3 and RWN applications, as well as A1 certificates (US-1, US-2, US-3, US-4 and appendices US-54 and US-55),

• Create and submit RUD documents (notification of a contract for specific work),

• View submitted applications and documents,

• Generate standalone certificates with payer details. Use ZUS services:

• book in-person and e-appointments,

• view and cancel scheduled appointments,

• call the ZUS hotline, send a query to ZUS, or visit the eZUS and zus.pl websites.

Manage your profile:

• view current profile owner identification information,

• switch between different contribution payers,

• configure the security, appearance, and settings of the app,

• use the eZUS QR code login.

Before installing the app

Make sure that:

• you have an active account on the eZUS portal,

• your contact details (phone number or email) are up to date—they will be needed for activation,

• you have access to the profile of the payer whose data you wish to manage.

To start using the mZUS for Płatnik app:

1. Log in to eZUS: https://www.zus.pl/ezus/logowanie

2. Select Settings → Mobile Devices.

3. Click New Device.

4. A QR code (scannable) and a string of characters (manually enterable) containing the device activation code will be displayed on the screen.

5. Launch the app on your mobile device.

6. Read and accept the app's terms and conditions.

7. Scan the eZUS QR code or enter the code manually.

8. Enter the verification code you received via your phone number or email address, using the method you have set up for regaining access to eZUS.

9. Set your PIN and start using the app.
