IVENA eHealth PZC+

IVENA eHealth (interdisciplinary medical care certificate) is a web-based system for dispatching emergency services, which is used in numerous regions in Germany and Austria. You can find more information on this at http://www.ivena.de.

When the central control center is deployed, the rescue service transmits the initial diagnosis using the so-called PZC (patient assignment code). This app helps EMS personnel determine the correct PZC. If login data is available, the patient can be referred directly to a suitable hospital.

Important:

• The app can only be used in regions that use the PZC for patient assignment.

• The direct implementation of patient referrals with the app is only possible in regions where the referral is made by the emergency services and a corresponding license has been purchased. In addition, you need personal login data for this.

Features:

• PZC search for IVENA eHealth.

• Search for the 3-digit feedback indication (RMI) via RMI groups, full-text search and favorites.

• Generation of the 6-digit PZC from treatment urgency (SK1 to SK3) and age.

• Call up the IVENA hospital overview.

If login data are available:

• Entry of filter criteria.

• Display of suitable hospitals in a display similar to that on the web, including hospital information.

• Entering the patient's referral data and referral to a hospital.
