🏃 WHAT IS THE 30-15 IFT TEST?

The 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test is a scientifically validated protocol (Buchheit, 2008) for measuring intermittent aerobic capacity. The athlete alternates 30 seconds of running with 15 seconds of rest, increasing speed each stage until exhaustion. The result (VIFT) is used to design high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts.
