AL WAFA REWARDS is a loyalty program operated by AL WAFA HYPERMARKET in the KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA. As a member, customers would be able to earn points when making qualifying purchases by presenting the virtual card/ Wafa Rewards App or Registered Phone Number from AL WAFA Stores in the KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA.

We, AL WAFA HYPERMARKET bring you one step closer to our shelves through this Customer Care Program that is intended to suit the mood and purchase patterns of each one of you.

All your daily life will be satisfied by AL WAFA. Our wide range of offerings from various categories will cater to your day-to-day needs and you will be rewarded with points for your purchases.

Membership

1. All customers can enrol for Al WAFA REWARDS loyalty programme, to be done by smart/mobile application of ‘AL WAFA REWARDS’.

2. ‘AL WAFA REWARDS’ will be available in all ‘AL WAFA HYPERMARKETS’ in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia

3. Membership to the programme is free

4. A member shall hold only one member account number and should not use two AL WAFA REWARDS ACCOUNT for the same person.

5. Card status may transfer from ‘active’ to ‘inactive’ if the card has not been used for 6 months and the points will be forfeited and no communication shall be provided to forfeit the points earned.
