Fit Arena is a push up counter wrapped in a fantasy RPG. Prop up your phone, drop into position, and every push-up you complete lands as one point of damage. No equipment. No gym. No pretending.

HOW THE PUSH UP COUNTER WORKS

1. Prop your phone against something and get into push-up position

2. The camera counts your push-ups with on-device pose detection. No tapping, no wearable

3. Every push-up deals one point of damage to the enemy on screen

4. Clear the episode, break the boss, earn XP

5. Take a Max Reps test to set your rank, then climb

A CAMPAIGN, NOT A REP LOG

Ten chapters. Sixty episodes. Cut through the Goblin Caves, the Skeleton Crypt, the Spider Nest, the Orc Camp, the Sunken Temple, the Cursed Swamp, the Frozen Fortress, the Fire Forge, the Shadow Castle, and Dragon's Peak. Thirty monsters stand between you and ten bosses. Every chapter ends in a boss episode that will not fall to a half-set.

This is the part a plain push up tracker cannot give you: a reason to do the next set.

RANKS, RECRUIT TO CHAMPION

Your rank comes from your best unbroken set of push-ups. Ten makes you a Soldier. Twenty, a Knight. Thirty, a Gladiator. Forty, a Warlord. Fifty-five, a Master. Seventy puts you in Champion. Ranks only ever go up, but you have to earn every one of them.

THREE ARENA MODES

Speed Run: race the clock to 10, 25, or 50 push-ups and take bronze, silver, or gold.

Horde: endless waves with shrinking rest windows. Survive as long as your arms hold.

Max Reps: one set of push-ups to absolute failure. This is the test that sets your rank.

XP AND LEVELING

Ten XP per rep, all the way to level 99. Leveling makes you stronger on paper and makes the campaign harder in practice, because the enemies scale with you. This workout game never gets easy, only more impressive.

THE CAMERA DOES THE COUNTING

On-device pose detection watches your form and counts the push-up only when you actually complete it. Camera frames are processed on your phone and are never uploaded. If you would rather not use the camera, tap-to-count works everywhere the camera does.

STATS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Total reps, personal records, bosses defeated, episodes cleared, stars earned, and your full session history. 24 achievements, from your first push-up to the ones almost nobody unlocks.

How does the push up counter work?

Your phone's camera plus on-device pose detection. It tracks your body through each rep and only counts the push-ups you finish. No wearables, no tapping, no counting in your head.

Is this a workout app or a game?

Both, and that is the point. It is a push up workout with a campaign, boss fights, ranks, XP, and achievements attached. If you get bored counting sets, this fitness game is the fix.

Do I need equipment or a gym?

No. This is a home workout. Your phone, the floor, and enough space to do a push-up.

Can beginners use it?

Yes. The first chapters are built for low rep counts, and the campaign scales with your level, so your home workout stays beatable without ever getting easy.

Fit Arena is for people who can already do push-ups and stopped doing them anyway. Give the reps somewhere to go.
