*Registration as a hearing person (downloading this app) is not required. If you know the Yometer phone number (050 number) for people with hearing difficulties, you can make and receive calls to the Yometer phone number using your voice phone.

■Service content

・This is a phone app that converts the voice of the other party into text as a service for people who sometimes have difficulty hearing the other party's voice on the phone.

・This service can only be used if both parties are in Japan.

- There are two ways to convert the voice of the other party into text: AI (automatic voice recognition) and text input operators. However, when using emergency calls, only text input operators are allowed.

- You can make calls to fixed phone numbers, voice transmission mobile phone numbers, specific IP phone numbers, emergency calls (110118,119), toll-free numbers (0120,0800), and navigation dials (0570).

*This may not be available depending on the settings of the other party.

■Usage fee

・There are two types of rate plans for Yometer calls.

・Call charges will be borne by the caller.

・Emergency calls and calls to toll-free numbers are free of charge.

・Calls to Navi Dial are 33 yen/minute (30 yen/minute excluding tax) regardless of rate plan.
