As Seoul City's new civic life platform, you can purchase and use Seoul Love Gift Certificates, apply for and inquire at Seoul Love Gift Certificate affiliated stores, as well as pay and use Seoul Love Gift Certificate policy allowances.

A new platform for Seoul citizens! Seoul Pay+ is here to provide convenience for citizens and small business owners!

1. Home screen and menu configuration

- You can go to the main menu and check major notifications.

- You can pay using the gift certificate of your choice through direct payment.

- All menus in the Seoul Pay+ app can be viewed in the full menu, and are grouped according to menu properties.

2. Purchase/payment of gift certificate

- When purchasing a gift certificate, you can select the account/card purchase method and purchase.

- In the case of QR code scanning or non-face-to-face payment, you can pay by adding up the gift certificates you have. If the amount of gift certificates is insufficient, you can pay by adding up the amount with the card.

3. Gift certificate gift

- You can gift a purchased gift certificate (not possible if purchased with a card).

- If you have received a gift, you can check it on the home screen or in your gift box.

- If the mobile phone number and name do not match, the gift cannot be registered.

- You can check the gifts received/sent in the gift box.

4. Find an affiliated store

- You can find affiliated stores based on your location, and you can check by selecting list view/map view.

- You can make a wishlist in the affiliated store details, and you can also check the gift certificates available at that store.

5. Merchant mode

- You can invite employees needed to operate the affiliated store and specify service access rights.

- With affiliate notification settings, you can receive only the notifications necessary for affiliate operation.

- Provides payment details and settlement details required for affiliate store management.
