*There are 10 ranks (member ranks), from police officer to superintendent general.

*Police Notebook rank upgrades are calculated based on each transaction of ¥820 or more (including tax), and the visit count will be reflected in your Yakiniku Police Notebook the following day (usually 1-2 days).

How to Make a Reservation via the App

There are two reservation methods: ① "Waiting List Registration" and ② "Priority Reservation".

① Waiting List Registration

With "Waiting List Registration," you can join the current queue at the store.

・Go to the store search screen from the "Store Search" button at the bottom of the home screen.

・Select the store you wish to reserve and press the "Reserve" button.

・Enter the number of people and your mobile phone number in "Waiting List Registration" on the store details screen, and press the "Proceed to Next" button to confirm your reservation.

*If "Waiting List Registration" is unavailable, the store is not currently accepting waiting list registrations. Please check the business hours and visit the store directly.

*If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so from the reservation status.

② Priority Reservation Registration

With "Priority Reservation Registration," you can select your desired date and time of visit.

・Go to the store search screen from the "Store Search" button at the bottom of the home screen.

・Select the store you wish to reserve and press the "Details" button.

* On the store details screen, enter the date, time, number of people, mobile phone number, and name you wish to be called, then press the "Next" button to confirm your reservation.

*Time slots that are not displayed are either outside of available reservation hours or all available slots are filled.

*If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so from the reservation status page.

* You can register as a member using your LINE ID or email address.

* If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from "Forgot Password".
