mijnRadboud

With mijnRadboud, you can access your personal medical record in a secure digital environment. The mijnRadboud app provides access to the key functionalities of mijnRadboud: viewing test results, medication overview, allergy overview, questionnaires, viewing and sending messages to and from the treatment team, and managing and preparing appointments. You can also upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, if you are enrolled in self-monitoring programs.

mijnRadboud is accessible to:

• patients aged 12 and older,

• parents of children under 12,

• parents of children aged 12 to 18 who are permanently incapacitated,

• mentors/guardians of incapacitated patients over 18.

• other authorized representatives.

If you do not yet have a mijnRadboud account, you must first request one from Radboudumc.
