4. Access to Loans

Bachatt provides access to personal loans through its RBI-registered NBFC partner. Apply digitally; approval is subject to eligibility verification by the lending partner. Bachatt is not a lender.

Loan Charges: Processing Fee 0%–5% of loan amount (+ applicable GST). Bounced & Prepayment Charges: Nil. APR: 12%–40% p.a. Tenure: 2–24 months.

Representative Example: ₹10,000 loan, 12 months @ 24% p.a. (compounded monthly), 2% + 18% GST processing fee = ₹236. Monthly EMI ₹923, total repayment ₹11,076, total cost ₹1,312. Final terms vary by eligibility and the lending partner's policies.
