ABOUT THE MITRA NIAGA UTAMA SAVINGS AND LOAN COOPERATIVE (KSP)

KSP Mitra Niaga Utama is a cooperative financial institution with an official legal entity based on Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives.

This cooperative operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia.

The cooperative's funds come from members' savings, which are then managed transparently to support member welfare in accordance with the Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART).

ABOUT THE WUSH APPLICATION

WUSH is the official application of KSP Mitra Niaga Utama, used exclusively by cooperative members to access digital financial services.

This application is not a public online loan application (fintech lending), but rather an internal cooperative platform that supports efficient and transparent member services.

APPLICATION FEATURES

1. Member Savings – Displays information on principal, mandatory, and voluntary savings.

2. Member Loans – Loan facilities for members in accordance with the cooperative's Articles of Association.

3. Registration & Information – Registration of new members and access to member rights and obligations.

4. Financial Transparency – Provides loan simulations, installment schedules, and real-time transaction history.

COOPERATIVE MEMBER SAVINGS FEATURES

Savings start from IDR 10,000,000 with attractive interest rates:

3 Months – 5% per year

6 Months – 5.5% per year

12 Months – 6% per year

Withdrawals before maturity are subject to a 20% penalty on the principal, and accrued interest is forfeited in accordance with cooperative regulations.

COOPERATIVE MEMBER LOAN FEATURES

Loan Period: 3 – 12 months

Loan Limit: IDR 600,000 – IDR 30,000,000

Interest Rate: Maximum 2% per month

APR (Annual Percentage Rate): Maximum 24% per year

MEMBERSHIP LOAN SIMULATION

Loan of IDR 30,000,000 with a 3-month term, flat interest of 2% per month:

1. Monthly interest: IDR 30,000,000 × 2% = IDR 600,000

2. Total interest for 3 months: IDR 1,800,000

3. Monthly principal installment: IDR 10,000,000

4. Total monthly installment (principal + interest): IDR 10,600,000

5. Total payment: IDR 31,800,000

GENERAL TERMS

All services are intended for cooperative members only.

The cooperative does not provide public fintech lending services.

All activities comply with the provisions and supervision of the Indonesian Ministry of Cooperatives & SMEs.

Comply with Google Play policies regarding financial services.

Provide information on interest rates, terms, and fees openly and transparently.

Guarantee the confidentiality of member data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations in Indonesia.
