Pepper Clients is the solution to consult and manage all your financing at the click of a button, quickly and easily.

Once you have logged in with your credentials, you will be able to access an independent section where you will find a brief summary of your personal data (Name, Identity Document, status of your financed products and pending notifications), along with the summary of payments for the month in progress and a first review of your Pepper-financed products. Furthermore, on this screen you will be able to see the outstanding capital of your financing at a glance, thanks to a highlighted section.

PRODUCTS

Within this section, you can see a complete breakdown of all your active and closed operations, starting with a summary graph with the percentage of total paid capital and the percentage of outstanding capital.

You will be able to access each of your financed products and review both the details of all the installments and a section with all the documents related to your product. In addition, you can directly modify the payment method associated with each of them.

MY PROFILE

In the “My profile” section you will find all your information, as well as different configuration and help options distributed in the following sub-menus.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

You will be able to consult your contact information, address and documentation. In addition, you can connect with your main bank account through Bank Reader to simplify your financing processes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Within this category you can review your payment methods, both debit and credit cards and direct debits through a bank account, and change or update them at any time.

SETTING

Modify your password to access the application, configure your biometric key (Face ID or Fingerprint) if your device allows it and personalize the notifications you receive through Pepper Clients.
