ISF Agenda Lite

The first agenda conceived and developed for the Scientific Informers of the Drug.

The purpose of the application is to simplify and facilitate the pharmaceutical sales representative in the management of their business, from the address book to appointments, up to the insertion of products.

Here are the main sections and related features:

★ Phonebook:

✓ stores all the data relating to a contact;

✓ call and / or send email directly by accessing the contact profile;

✓ view the contact on the map and start navigation (Google Maps required);

✓ stores multiple addresses for each contact and associates reception days / times;

✓ view the history of the appointments, gadgets and products presented;

✓ send at the same time an email in CCN mode (blind carbon copy) to several contacts in your address book (for example, to invite doctors to a conference);

✓ displays all the contacts in the address book on the map;

✓ delete multiple contacts from the address book at the same time;

✓ import of the address book from Excel file (template downloadable from the official website https://www.isfagenda.it)

✓ export of the address book to Excel file

★ Agenda:

✓ quickly view appointments in "calendar" and "list" format;

✓ duplicate one or more appointments quickly;

✓ for each appointment add notes, gadgets and products;

✓ view the meeting place on the map and start navigation (Google Maps required);

✓ receive push notifications 30min before the appointment entered in the diary (the notifications work even in the absence of an internet connection);

✓ you can add multiple products at the same time to the card of an appointment;

✓ view contacts on the map based on the day of receipt of the week, identify those closest to your position and start browsing or make a new appointment;

★ Products:

✓ manage your pharmaceutical products;

★ Settings:

✓ manage medical specialties for better cataloging of contacts in the address book;

✓ assign a color to each "medical specialty" in order to have a more personalized and clearer view;

✓ manage TAGs, assigning a name and a color, for better categorization of contacts in the address book;

★ GENERAL:

✓ visualization and use of the app also in "horizontal screen" mode (LANDSCAPE);
