Q. How do points accumulate with d-card and d-payment?

A. The difference in how points accumulate with d-card and d-payment is as follows:

1 point for every 100 yen spent

1 point for every 200 yen spent using barcodes (at physical stores)

Furthermore, when using d-payment with your d-card as the payment method, you will receive 2 points for every 200 yen, combining the basic d-payment reward rate and the "d-card payment benefit" of d-payment.

*If you set your d-payment payment method to "Phone bill combined payment" and have set a credit card other than a d-card as the payment method for your phone bill, you will not be eligible to receive d-points.

*If you set your d-payment payment method to "Payment from a credit card other than a d-card," you will not be eligible to receive d-points.

*The above is a comparison between d-card credit card payment and d-payment barcode payment at physical stores.

*You may also accumulate points through special store points and campaigns. These are updated regularly, so please check for updates yourself.

Q. How do I check the expiration date of my credit card?

A. For customers using cards with credit card numbers beginning with "4980," "5302," or "5334," or cards with credit card numbers beginning with "4363," "5344," or "5365," and who joined before July 30, 2023, the expiration date is printed in the "GOOD THRU/Expiration Date" section at the bottom center of the front of your credit card, in month/year order. Please check your card.

For customers who joined on or after July 31, 2023, or who have completed the switch to a new d-card (changing from a card with a credit card number beginning with "4980," "5302," or "5334" to a card beginning with "4363," "5344," or "5365"), the expiration date is printed in the "GOOD THRU/Expiration Date" section at the bottom left of the barcode on the back of the card, in month/year order. Please check using one of these methods.

Q. Do d points have an expiration date?

A. d points are valid until the end of the month 48 months after the month in which they were earned.
