Loan conditions information:

A. Loan value:

From 3 million to 2 billion VND.

B. Loan Term: (Minimum and Maximum Period for Repayment)

Minimum 3 months and maximum 18 months.

C. Repayment Method:

Monthly repayment of principal, interest, and loan fees, or

Monthly repayment of interest, loan fees, and principal at the end of the loan term.

D. Disbursement Method:

Disbursement by cash or bank transfer.

F. Total Loan Cost:

The total loan cost is calculated flexibly depending on the loan limit and loan term, applied to a fixed or decreasing principal balance.

The total cost of borrowing includes: Loan management service fee, Asset management service fee, Interest.

There are no other fees except for early repayment penalties or late payment penalties.

The loan management service fee is calculated based on the loan value and is used to maintain and manage the loan account. This includes processing loan documents, maintaining records, and providing support services throughout the loan process. This fee ensures that the loan management process is smooth and professional, providing convenience and peace of mind for customers borrowing money at F88.

The asset management service fee is calculated based on the value of the collateral and the period for which the asset is managed. This fee is used to cover the professional asset management activities throughout the loan period. Furthermore, F88 allows customers to continue using their collateral during the loan period under a separate support policy, without incurring additional fees.

The total loan cost will be determined based on the value of the collateral, the loan term, and the loan amount.

The total loan cost will be fully and accurately provided in the loan contract.

Borrowers can receive a quote for the total loan cost after being advised on a suitable loan package.

Maximum flat loan cost is 24.6%/year (Maximum Annual Percentage Rate).

Example:

A customer signs a loan contract for VND 20,000,000 with a 12-month term, a flat loan cost of 24.6%/year, and chooses to repay the principal and loan costs monthly. Therefore, the customer will pay VND 2,076,000 each month. The total payment amount, including loan fees and principal, is VND 24,912,000.
