During your workout, the watch transmits your heart rate live to your rowing machine – and you can immediately see on the display how intensely you're working. The connection is via Apple HealthKit, so your data stays with you.

Activities, training time, and heart rate are automatically synced with Apple Health – so you get a seamless and immediate overview of your personal health profile in one central location.
