I am Shirley Koren, a clinical dietitian and fitness trainer. Since 2016, I have been accompanying Israeli women with fitness, nutrition and simple tools for perseverance – even in the midst of busy lives.

A little about me: I am a mother of 3, recently homeschooled, have lived in Colorado for 12 years and enjoy being close to the forefront of research and trends in the world. Building FitMama while living life itself.
