■ Record your sessions and discover your own "Totonoi"

By connecting with SAWATCH, the app automatically logs not only your time in sauna, cold bath, and rest, but also your heart rate changes. You can see how safely you reached Totonoi each day. Reviewing your heart rate movement and ANS Performance (your autonomic nervous system response) for each scene helps you understand how your body responds and explore your personal Totonoi. With the Premium plan, you can also see detailed data per set and compare changes between sets to discover the way that suits you best.

■ Check daily condition with a score (NEW in v3.0)

By wearing SAWATCH-3 in everyday life, you can see your "Recovery Score" each morning, visualizing how much your body has recovered. Sometimes your body cannot fully recover overnight even with enough sleep, depending on the previous day's activity and stress. Choose how you take sauna based on your condition, or look back at the next day's score to see how sauna affected you. Use it as a new compass for finding your own way to enjoy sauna.

■ Check sleep quality after sauna with data

You can sync sleep data automatically via SAWATCH. You can also note factors that may affect your sleep, making it easier to reflect on "what affects my sleep." If you have a sauna session recorded, it links with your sleep data so you can analyze how sauna affects your sleep.

■ Earn Stamps the more you visit

The more sauna sessions you log, the more Stamps (badges) you can earn under various conditions — number of facilities visited, repeat visits to the same sauna, total records created, or logging on event days such as "Sauna Day" (March 7). Some conditions are tricky, so give them a try. When you earn one, you'll have something to brag about with your sauna friends.
