📱 How does e-moped rental work?

Easy, fast, and intuitive. Rent your e-moped now.

Locate the nearest rental e-moped on the app map and click “Reserve”.

Once in front of the e-moped, swipe to start the ride. All our e-mopeds come with two approved and insured helmets, sizes M and L.

Ready to go: press START on your e-moped and ride. Remember to follow safety rules and respect other road users.

Arrive at your destination and park properly, following city regulations.

Store the helmet and in the app, "Swipe to finish". You’ll be asked to take a photo of the e-moped correctly parked.

● PASS mode: pay to use any Cooltra e-moped or bike for a continuous period. With a 24h or 48h PASS, you can change e-mopeds and bikes as many times as you want. Ideal for business trips, long delivery days, when your personal e-moped is in the workshop, or for sightseeing in any Cooltra city.
