bonÀrea CarPay

The "bonÀrea CarPay" application, for payment at bonÀrea gas stations, allows you to activate the pumps at our gas stations to refuel with a few clicks on your phone.

The application allows you to configure the NIF of our clients to receive the invoice, enter different forms of payment (bonÀrea card and bank cards) and configure different vehicles indicating the fuel, the payment method and the amount, in order to save having to select it each time.

When you open the application, for security, you will register with your email. Inside, the nearest gas station where you are will be selected by default (although you can activate pumps from other gas stations). You only have to select the dispenser in front of which you have stopped, indicate the amount (if you have not already configured it) and authorize it.

The application will send the authorization request and you will receive a response in a few seconds, indicating whether it has been accepted or not. Once accepted, you will be able to refuel (don't worry, you will only be charged for the liters refueled). And you can cancel the operation if you have made a mistake when activating a dispenser and you have not picked it up yet.

You must be aware of the fact that you can activate any pump at any BonÀrea gas station, even if you are not in front of it. This allows you to activate pumps so family or friends can refuel from anywhere. However, to avoid activating the wrong dispenser, always make sure that it has been activated. Although the trade is canceled after 6 minutes if no one fills the tank, it is always better to cancel it yourself, if you have made a mistake.
