Starting March 24, 2025, those who wish to do so can integrate their My Number Card and driver's license at driver's license centers nationwide by recording their license information on the card's IC chip. (Integration is optional, and individuals can hold only the integrated My Number Card (My Number License), only their traditional driver's license, or both the integrated My Number Card (My Number License) and a traditional driver's license.)

While driver's license information is not printed on the face of a My Number License, this app can be used to read driver's license information recorded on the My Number License's IC chip, such as the expiration date, license type and conditions, color classification, and license information record number, and display it on a smartphone screen to confirm the license information recorded on the My Number License.

Furthermore, like a My Number License, driver's history information is not printed on the face of the My Number Card, but this app can be used to read driver's history information recorded on the My Number Card's IC chip, such as license type, driving history classification, and driving history record number, and view it on a smartphone.

! Caution!

You cannot drive a vehicle while carrying only a smartphone with license information scanned by this app. When driving a vehicle, always carry your personal identification number (PIN) or traditional driver's license.

*This app does not support reading IC chips on traditional driver's licenses.
