[Usage Guide and Precautions]

- Customers: Personal internet banking customers

- To ensure safe financial transactions, use of the service is restricted on smart devices that have been modified (rooted) or have operating systems that have been altered, such as jailbroken.

- You can download it via 3G/LTE or wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) of your subscribed mobile carrier. Please note that in 3G/LTE, separate charges may apply if the data limit is exceeded according to the flat rate plan.

- Korea Securities Finance does not request financial information, including the entire security medium number, for reasons such as strengthening security or app updates. (Beware of impersonation apps by using features such as anti-phishing security settings)

- You can make safer financial transactions by using an OTP card or key security features.

[Notice on app access rights]

※ In accordance with the revision of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., we will inform you of the access rights required to provide Securities Finance Banking Plus services as follows.

[Required access rights]

- Phone: Used to verify mobile phone number for mobile phone identity verification and to check mobile phone status and device information.

- Storage space: Access rights to device photos, media, and files, used to use bulletin boards and to ‘save/edit/delete/read’ certificates.

[Optional access rights]

-Camera: Access to the photo taking function, used to upload bulletin board files, copy QR certificates, and take photos of ID cards when opening a non-face-to-face account.

- Notification: Used to send real-time push notifications.

Even if you do not agree to granting optional access rights, you can use the Securities Finance Banking Plus app service, but there may be restrictions on the use of some necessary functions, and you can change this in the [Smartphone Settings → Applications → Korea Securities Finance → Permissions] menu.

※ If you are using a smartphone with Android OS version lower than 6.0, you may need to apply all essential access rights at once to use it. You must upgrade your smartphone OS to Android 6.0 or higher and delete and reinstall any apps you have already installed to set permissions and use them normally.
