MijnSpaarneGasthuis

The MijnSpaarneGasthuis patient portal gives you online access to your medical data. You make appointments, view research results or send a message to your care team. Just at home on the couch at a time when it suits you. This gives you more insight into your health and can make better choices together with your healthcare provider.

Log in quickly and easily with DigiD and SMS verification or with the DigiD app. Are you already a patient in the Spaarne Gasthuis or do you have a referral from your general practitioner? Then you have immediate access to your MijnSpaarneGasthuis account.

With MijnSpaarneGasthuis you can:

• Send a message to your healthcare team.

• Complete questionnaires that are necessary for your treatment.

• View results of examinations, such as radiology reports and blood results.

• Make, reschedule or cancel an appointment.

• Video calling with your healthcare provider.

• Put yourself on the waiting list for a faster outpatient clinic visit.

• Include photos in your message to the care team.

• Authorize your partner, parent or child to view your file.

• View and change your medications.

• Request repeat prescriptions.

• Update your allergy information.

• View the visit summary after your appointment.

• View all letters, for example the letter that your practitioner sends to your GP.

• View your current health problems.

• View a summary of your medical history and surgical procedures.

• View folders.
