Faktino – faktury KSeF

Faktino is an independent mobile application for businesses using the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).

Faktino is not a government application, does not represent the Ministry of Finance or the National Revenue Administration, and is not authorized or recommended by these institutions.

The application helps you quickly check sales and purchase invoices, monitor payment due dates, and have a current overview of key information about documents downloaded from the KSeF.

Factino specifically allows you to:

• view sales invoices,

• view purchase invoices,

• check basic invoice information,

• monitor payment due dates,

• locally mark invoices as paid or unpaid,

• generate a QR code with transfer details for selected purchase invoices,

• receive local notifications about documents requiring attention, provided your device settings allow it.

The application was designed for quick, daily invoice checks—without creating a user account or uploading invoice content to the application developer's servers.

Data downloaded from KSeF remains locally on the user's device. The KSeF authentication tool, including the token, is stored locally using the operating system's security mechanisms.

Faktino is not an accounting program and does not replace accounting, tax, or legal services. The application is for informational and auxiliary purposes.

Faktino is not a payment service. The application does not initiate payments, execute transfers, act as an intermediary in payments, or check the status of transfers. The QR code with the transfer details is for reference only, and the user independently verifies the data and approves the transfer in their banking application.

The designations "KSeF" and "National e-Invoice System" are used solely to indicate the system with which the application can communicate.
