Tap and FG (Food Groups), select one and Filter/Search for food and its descriptions. AI and Look Up is available to search for more food information. The App is meant to answer important questions about nutrition and with AI Mode search such as how much salt(sodium), sugar, trans fat, or caffeine, for example, with comparable foods so you can choose the best ones; even more improvements over time can yield great positive results with AI! The Nutrition Charts has a have very long descriptive which is to allow detail with AI on search to find so much more health, cooking info, recipes, and so many more. We see the Apple Preview pictures when is bought and shows how to use the easily process. The previews show with examples better higher fiber, protein, low sugar, proper calories, low salt, etc ... which provides your health.

We use the latest USDA data from their Standard Reference Legacy DataBase April, 2018 with over 7000 foods (still latest per 4/26). No internet connection is necessary (unless you want to do an AI web look up) after the app is loaded as basic 7000+ nutrition data is self-contained in the app; the AI is required for the internet for billions info and quickly allows to find your precise what you need. We have an accountant which has accurate all USDA data. The app has used since 2017.
