PBeaKKDirekt is our free digital service for you: submit your documents digitally, receive them in your digital mailbox as PDFs, and access an overview of your insurance and benefits details in the app, including information on all dependents and tariffs.

With our app, you can send and receive your documents digitally. This means you save on postage costs and time, as there's no need for mail in either direction. We accept your documents 24/7, and you'll receive confirmation of receipt and forwarding directly in the app.

You can send us your documents by photo, PDF upload, or by scanning barcodes. PBeaKK will deliver notices and other documents to you digitally in the app once you activate your mailbox and enable digital delivery – then you'll receive your mail the same day.

You'll also receive a confirmation of receipt in the app. We'll then check whether your submitted documents are complete and legible. We notify you directly in the app of the current status of each submission – in the status overview: forwarded & stored, received & reviewed, processing started, or error.

Another special feature of the app is "application-free" reimbursement. This applies to reimbursements requested for the insurance or benefits number registered in the app. You confirm your information again in the app. In this case, you only need your invoices, receipts, and prescriptions for your submission – we create the application for you.

If there are any special circumstances in your benefit or benefits claim, please send us a signed and fully completed claim form. Simply click "Application with Special Circumstances" in the app. You can also submit other documents. And for maximum accessibility and according to your preference, the app is also available in dark mode and landscape format.
