【Coupons】

・Receive great coupons usable at FamilyMart.

・Set the coupon you want to use before going to the register, and use it by presenting the barcode at checkout.

【Challenges】

・Collect stamps by purchasing eligible products to earn coupons and more.

・Try games and win coupons and more.

・Earn FamilyMart points and more by answering surveys you receive.

【Points】

・Choose your preferred points from d-points, Rakuten points, and V-points to earn and use.

・Register your point card information in advance and select one point to earn and use.

[Payment]

* You can check your transaction history anytime within the app.

* You can use it at stores other than FamilyMart. For online stores (JCB merchants), you can also pay using your FamiPay Virtual Card number. By setting it up with Google Pay, you can also use it at physical stores (QUICPay+ merchants).

* You can pay utility bills and various other bills (payment slips) within the app.

* Some bills (payment slips) cannot be paid.

* Even if a bill (payment slip) can be paid at a FamilyMart store, it may not be possible to pay it within the app.

[Charging]

You can choose from 4 methods to charge your account.

- Cash charge at the register (You can charge by telling the store staff the amount)

- Charge with a credit card (JCB brand)

- Charge from a bank account

- Charge from FamiPay Loan

* If you have a gift code, you can charge by entering it.

* You can also use "FamiPay Next Month Payment," which allows you to pay in a lump sum later like a credit card without needing to charge in advance.

* "FamilyMart Pay Next Month Payment" is only available to those who are eligible to apply, and can be accessed through the service icon in the app. After application, a screening process is required before use.

[FamilyMart Points]

* When you pay with FamilyMart Pay, you earn 1 FamilyMart point (equivalent to 1 yen) for every 200 yen (tax included).

* FamilyMart points can be used for FamilyMart Pay payments at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.

* FamilyMart points are accumulated separately from regular points.

* For multi-copy services, utility bills, and various other payments, 10 points (equivalent to 10 yen) are earned per transaction.

* FamilyMart points are not accumulated for some products and services.

* FamilyMart points are doubled when using "FamilyMart Pay Next Month Payment" (equivalent to 2 yen per 200 yen).

[Coupon Books]

* Coupon books can be purchased on FamilyMart Pay using FamilyMart Pay payment. They can be used by setting them in FamilyMart Pay, just like coupons.

* You can also send it to your friends via email, social media, etc.

In addition, you can use other functions such as electronic receipts and store search.

Android 10 or later

* Simple membership registration is required to use functions such as coupons, multi-use tickets, FamiPay payment, points, stamps, and games.

* A d account, Rakuten ID, Yahoo! JAPAN ID, etc. are required to register a point card.

* This app connects to the internet. It cannot be used if you do not have an internet connection.

* Communication charges apply when using the app.

* Registration details for bank accounts vary depending on the bank.

* Coupons and multi-use tickets have different usable stores and expiration dates. There may be periods when they are not distributed.

* The prizes for stamps, games, and surveys vary depending on the period of implementation. There may be periods when they are not distributed.

* Coupon and multi-use ticket products may not be available in some regions and some stores.

* This app cannot be used at some FamilyMart stores.
