Korea Rider App is a delivery agency service using smartphones.

A delivery agent who receives an order through the app uses the order information and location to pick up the item from the store or the place of request, and then moves to the destination to deliver the item.

📱 Rider App Service Access Permission Guide

The Rider App requires the following access permissions to provide the service.

📷 [Required] Camera permission

Purpose of use: It is required to take photos and upload them to the server when performing services such as taking photos of completed delivery and sending electronic signature images.

🗂️ [Required] Storage permission

Purpose of use: It is required to select photos from the gallery and upload the completed delivery photos and signature images to the server.

※ It is replaced with the photo and video selection permission for Android 13 or later.

📞 [Required] Phone permission

Purpose of use: It is required to call customers and merchants to inform them of the delivery status or respond to inquiries.

📍 [Required] Location permission

Purpose of use:

• Real-time location-based dispatching

• Delivery route tracking

• Providing accurate location information to customers and merchants

Background location usage instructions:

Location information is periodically collected to maintain delivery status even when the app is not running (background), and for real-time route tracking and emergency response.
