KMP Pizza Calculator

KMP Pizza Calculator is a modern app for creating, refining, and saving authentic Italian pizza recipes. In version 3, the app has been fully refreshed with a new interface, better feature organization, more convenient recipe management, and a new salt and fat calculation system.

It is a practical tool both for home pizza enthusiasts and for more advanced pizzaioli who want to calculate ingredient ratios quickly and precisely for different pizza styles.

The app lets you create recipes for:

- Pizza in Teglia alla Romana

KMP Pizza Calculator helps you not only calculate ingredients, but also plan the entire fermentation process more effectively. You can set the duration, fermentation start date and time, and baking time, and the app will adjust the calculations to fit your schedule.

Version 3 also introduces a new way of working with salt and fat. You can choose between NAPOLI mode and PRO mode, and display values as g / kg flour or % / kg flour. The app also supports migration of older recipes to the new system, so your recipe library stays consistent and easy to manage.

Recipes can be saved on your device, edited, duplicated, sorted, deleted, copied, shared, and expanded with your own notes. This makes it easy to develop new versions of your formulas and always keep them within reach.
