Back Story

Beat Boxing Fitness was created by Beverly Thomas in 2015. She fell in love with dance fitness and wanted to create something easy to follow but effective & FUN. It was a hit and people from all over the area quickly fell in love with it as well. A few years later her daughter fell in love with the classes & concept of it. It then became a family business and now her and her daughter own a hometown fitness studio together in West Virginia. They started online on tiktok sharing routines & success stories and gained 330,000 virtual fans/followers in just months. Now Beat Boxing Fitness offers online classes & workouts to people all over the world.
