The Nanzando app is a prescription reservation application that can be used at all Nanzando pharmacies.

◆ What is the prescription reservation function?

This is a reservation function to have a pharmacy make medicine in advance.

The prescription received at the hospital or clinic is taken with the camera function of the app and sent to your favorite Nanzando pharmacy.

Reservations are accepted at Nanzando pharmacies at all stores.

It is a service that makes it possible to spend as a time for shopping etc. until the medicine is completed by booking the medicine (prescription) with the application. Eliminating time spent in pharmacies can also help prevent secondary infections.

◎ Flow from prescription reservation to receipt

STEP1

In the Nanzan-do app, select the store where you want to receive the medicine, and press the dispensing reservation button.

STEP2

Photographs are taken so that the entire prescription paper is shown, and the required information such as desired reception time and generic request is input and transmitted.

STEP3

When your medicine is ready, you will receive an email from the pharmacy.

STEP4

Please pick up your medication at the store you booked with your prescription.

* You can receive your medicine within the validity period of the prescription (4 days).

◆ My shop function

It is a function to "favorite registration" of Nanzando pharmacies that are usually used.

By registering, you can check useful information such as what kind of pharmacy it is before using.
