▶︎ Preparation procedure before use

- A financial certificate, a simple certificate, and a joint certificate (former public certificate) are required to use services such as consent to use customer information using electronic signature, electronic agreement, and application for extension of deadline.

* Individual member (individual business owner): 1 of personal financial certificate or simple certificate

* Corporate member (corporate company): 1 of business finance certificate, corporation joint certificate

* Corporate member (private company): CEO joint certificate

- Guarantee application: automatic screening, direct screening

▶︎How to use

- Supported OS: 6.0 or higher (latest OS upgrade recommended)

- If the operating system is tampered with, such as jailbreaking for safe financial transactions, the use of the service is restricted.

- You can download it through mobile carrier 3G/LTE or wireless Internet (WiFi). Please note that data charges may apply if the capacity set in the flat rate plan is exceeded in 3G/LTE.

▶︎Measures in case of failure

- If the app is not updated or installed

⇒︎ Please try again after deleting data and cache in [Settings > Applications > Play Store > Storage]

- If you cannot run the app or log in

⇒︎ Please change to allow storage space, phone and camera.
